The Process
At Busch Machine Tool Supply we can scan your existing part, use your 3D solid drawing, or simply produce a new drawing. A state of the art machine then builds the part layer by layer with an assortment of plastics in any color. Unlike any other process, complexity of the part does not increse the cost to manufacture. Parts that are seemingly impossible to machine can be easily produced. Even if you need a part built inside of another part, all parts are very strong and durable.
Unlike machining, design changes can be made with ease and with minimal cost to you, the consumer. No tooling or fixture changes are required.
